1. Request Period

• You have 8 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchange

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and any included accessories.
  We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been altered, modified, or personalized in any way.
  All exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or other intimate items, unless the item is defective.

4. Authorization Required

• To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team to receive prior authorization.

5. Return Process

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  Once we receive and inspect the product, and it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Baboon error.

6. Exchange Process

• Customers are responsible for returning the original item and covering the shipping costs.
  Once the original product is received and verified, we will send the new item and inform you of any additional shipping or price differences.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We may ask for photos of the issue.
  In such cases, Baboon will cover all shipping costs related to the return and replacement of the item.

8. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
  Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
